Cancellation Policy:

There are no exceptions to the Class Withdrawal Policy. You may withdraw from a class up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the first class to receive a full refund. Six to one day prior you will receive a half refund. If you withdraw from the class with less than one day before the class start date no refunds will be given.

There is a minimum enrollment for all Lux programs. If this enrollment is not fulfilled, participants will be notified one week prior to the program start date and refunds or credits will be applied.

No Make Up-Dates:

There are no make up classes for missed lessons due to illness or scheduling conflicts.

Covid-19 Policy:

I understand that I must wear a face mask for the duration of my visit.

Lux Art Institute is striving to further its mission by working diligently to reduce the spread of COVID-19. For the protection the wellness of our employees, guests, and visitors, please complete the following screening. If you are unable to certify one or more of these statements, we kindly ask that you postpone your visit.

I have not been in close proximity to anyone who is presenting symptoms of COVID-19 or has tested positive for the disease.

In the last 14 days, I have not experienced any of the following NEW symptoms: fever of 100°F or greater, difficulty breathing, loss of smell or taste, chills, cough, sore throat.
